Start by soaking the cucumbers in a pitcher of water the night before (or at least for a couple hours to flavor the water).
Freeze the cucumber water in muffin trays. You can add herbs or lemon juice in them too for a little extra flavor.
Or do the same thing with lemons ~
Add to a drink dispenser, glass of water (or vodka, etc.) and enjoy!
Save the rest in the freezer! I like to use parchment paper in between helps so they don’t stick together.
