Back To School Tips for Moms

Kids are back and to school (yay!) and things are getting very busy again!!  Here are a few things that help keep our family of 6 on track for the school year ~

Having a detailed weekly calendar on our fridge (color coded to each family member) is a life saver. I try to make sure I schedule time for myself (which is hard for me) but important. Getting back into a routine can be stressful! So  I include time for my work outs on it, as well as all appointments & events.
