New Year’s Champagne Float

Cheers to the New Year!

I can’t believe tomorrow is already New Year’s Eve! I’ll be mixing up these fun and easy champagne floats!

I can't believe tomorrow is already New Year's Eve!! We'll be celebrating at our friend's house with the kiddos and counting down early (thanks Netflix!). I signed up to bring a dessert and after eating too many cookies and pies this Christmas season, I decided to mix it up a little.

We’ll be celebrating at our friend’s house with the kiddos and counting down early (thanks Netflix!). I signed up to bring a dessert and after eating too many cookies and pies this Christmas season, I decided to mix it up a little.

And by mixing, I mean combining all three of my favorite treats: ice cream, champagne and sprinkles!

Combining my 3 favorite treats to make these delicious champagne floats - champagne, sprinkles and ice cream!

This is SO easy to whip up but just to be sure, I had to do a little taste test for myself today 🙂 Never to early to celebrate, right?

All I did to make this delicious drink/dessert was:

  • Pour champagne in a glass (or sparkling grape juice!)
  • Add a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream
  • Add a little whip cream
  • Sprinkles on top
  • Garnish with a raspberry

And, for a little extra I added glitter washi tape around the champagne glass. Just to make it fancy 🙂

This year has flown by but I’m very excited about what’s in store for 2016! How will you be ringing in the New Year?

Cheers!
