Lincoln Park Condo Project

This is one of my favorite projects to date and I’m very excited to finally share some photos with you! The project consisted of selecting finishes and design details for a condo to SELL.This was ideal for me since I was able to tie in my real estate background. And guess what? The condo went under contract as soon as it hit the market!

YES! Overall, I’m pretty excited how everything turned out so I’m sharing A LOT of photos here. Keep in mind, the condo had some existing finishes that I had to work with (good ones, and not so good ones).

The condo has an open floor plan with the dining area, living area and kitchen all combined. Here are a few photos (maybe an overload of photos!) of the condo. I’m hoping to get a few staged photos of the kitchen too to add to my portfolio but in the meantime, I wanted to share a few of how it turned out.

My absolute favorite part of this project was the backsplash. The accent tile behind the stove is a beautiful, timeless pattern. I will have this all over my dream house one day :)

The details on the wainscoting and fireplace are another one of my favorite parts about this space. It also has a balcony off this area and a huge deck off the master bedroom.

Bathrooms

Since the tile in both bathrooms was in great condition already, we decided to keep it. The kitchen and the rest of the condo is a more transitional style, so tying in the travertine was a little challenging but everything turned out beautifully.

I still can’t believe that I am getting amazing opportunities to help with home decor, design ideas and now selecting finishes for a condo. I can”t wait to do another project like this!

Hi Michelle, the tile is from the Tile Shop. Isn’t it gorgeous? One of my favorites to date! The vanity was existing and we just painted it.
