I LOVE finding great deals on things that I actually use. Here are 4 of my favorite recent small finds from IKEA (all under $13). These deals are so great I couldn’t keep them all to myself!
I’ll be honest, IKEA “gets me” every time. By this I mean I usually end up buying things that I really don’t have any use for but can’t resist because the prices are so great. With that said, there were a few items I picked up months ago and use all the time. Get your shopping list out!
TEJN Sheepskin Rug – $12.99
I’ve had this rug for a couple months now and it has been moved throughout the house and looks great in every single room! It’s one of those rugs that just add a little extra texture and works with the layering trick well.
STÖPEN LED Candle – $2.99
I usually dislike LED candles because they usually look cheap and fake.. and some have an awful orangish tint to them. This candle has a nice, soft glow. It actually looks like it does in this picture – but do you want to know the best part? You turn it on and off by just a quick little shake! Even my husband was impressed.
LAPPLJUNG RUTA (cushion cover) – $10.00
You may have see this pillow before. I’ve been seeing this black and white pillow pop up on Pinterest and design boards a lot lately. I had no idea it was IKEA until recently. It’s bold pattern really stands out in a room and goes with pretty much any decor style.
I do recommend spending a little more on the inserts if you plan to actually use the pillows. IKEA switches up a lot of their pillow cover designs often that I almost can’t keep up.
PRUTA 17 pieces of food storage containers – $4.79
I was extremely skeptical when I purchased these but guess what? I am SO glad I did. I use these all the time (even traveled with a few), put them in the dishwasher and they have held up incredibly. I don’t see these lasting years upon years, but seriously for the price – worth every penny!!!
I try to make my visits to IKEA short and sweet! This never happens. Sweet maybe, but short? Impossible. Is anyone able to walk into IKEA and not get overwhelmed and/or carried away? Please share your secrets if so.
Thanks for reading and I hope to see you again soon!
