I’ll be sharing details of our baby gender reveal party soon, but in the meantime, I couldn’t wait any longer to share our news. Here’s a sneak peek of our brunch from this weekend!

With our first baby, I wanted to wait and be surprised. However, my husband Eric could NOT wait so he found out early. He had a hard time keeping the secret and although he never confirmed, I suspected a girl.

His reaction was priceless when he found out (pure shock and a little fear I think!). So I had a feeling it wasn’t a boy. This time around, I wanted to find out together and celebrate with our families. Plus, finding out has its perks! Planning a nursery, picking out clothes, and more.

Even our dogs were in theme! Emma (above) wearing a pink ribbon. Payton (shih tzu below) wearing a blue ribbon.

We wanted Taylor to be involved in the surprise too so we had a local personalization store, Luv Thy Name, put a gift for her (wrapped very well) in a box to reveal boy or girl. We also picked out the names so they personalized the gift. Another surprise for our guests!

…. GIRL!

We are thrilled to welcome our baby girl in June. Taylor is going to be a great big sister and we can’t wait to meet our littlest girl. She still doesn’t quite understand there will be another baby in the family but I think she will as it gets closer.

Our friends have been very helpful in giving us advice for 2, but we are always open for more tips so please share!
